Delivery in Lebanon
We offer delivery across Lebanon. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and order confirmation time.
Beirut: Usually within 1–2 business days
Outside Beirut: Usually within 2–4 business days
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange delivery details.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for local orders. Payment is made once your order is delivered.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the product, address, and delivery details before dispatching your order.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
For hygiene and quality reasons, used or damaged items cannot be exchanged.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items cannot be exchanged if:
- The item has been worn or used
- The item is damaged after delivery
- The item is missing its original packaging
- The exchange request is made after the allowed period
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with clear photos of the item and order details. Our team will review the case and assist you.
Care Responsibility
Jewelry must be handled with care. To preserve the shine, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, sweat, creams, and harsh chemicals.
